Meet Our Host: Integrated Wellness
My clients often say they've tried everything -- diets, workouts, supplements -- yet feel like their body isn’t cooperating. They’re frustrated, tired, and just want to look and feel like themselves again. My personal experience of recovering from the effects of chronic stress, autoimmunity, burnout, and hormone imbalances, and my desire to help others facing similar challenges are the driving energy behind Integrated Wellness.
My practice is centered around care for adults who wish to look and feel their best, from the inside out. Through individualized coaching and guidance, my evidence-based programs promote whole-person wellness. I help my clients regain balance by addressing stressors and calming inflammation to facilitate weight loss and to foster overall wellbeing. I can also prescribe weight-loss medications when indicated and appropriate.
For women struggling with specific areas that just won’t budge – stubborn fat, cellulite, or lax skin that haven’t resolved with diet and exercise – non-invasive body contouring treatments reshape, smooth, firm, and tighten without pain, surgery, or downtime.
