Information for Attending Businesses: 

Registration Deadline: Friday, March 14^th 2025

Register online at www.columbiafallschamber.org

Location: Columbia Falls High School Gymnasium

Price: $25.00/Business (Price helps us cover the fees of rentals, lunch, coffee, etc.)

Check In/Set Up: 8:00-9:00am 

• Enter through the gymnasium doors of Columbia Falls High School
• Check in at the check in table with a Chamber representative to get your table number and location.

Schedule for the Day:

• 9:00 Overview of what to expect
• 9:15 – 10:00: Student Job Fair (Those looking to get a job.)
• 10:00-12:00pm: Student Career Exploration  - We recommend you provide an activity, game or way to engage the students to learn about careers in the valley.
• `2:00-1:00pm: Public Job Fair
• 1:00: Clean Up/End of Event Survey

Items We Provide:

• Lunch/Snacks
• Water/coffee throughout the day
• 1 table and 2 chairs/business
• Note: Only those who previously requested power on their registration form will have access to it.

Items for you to bring:

• Marketing materials (Please make sure your signs/banners are not so big that they are blocking the booths around you.)
• Tablecloths
• Hand outs
• Job applications
• Job descriptions
• Game/activity for during the career exploration portion
• Giveaways (optional)
