September Economic Development Meeting

Mark your calendars for our September economic development meeting on Thursday, September 18th, from 7-8am, at the Nite Owl Back Room Restaurants.

Guest Speaker: Eric Hanks, City of Columbia Falls City Manager

Here are a few of the topics Eric Hanks, City Manager, will be covering on September 18th:

• Kicking off the public portion of the Growth Policy Development at the 11 Sep Planning Commission and then again at the 15 Sep Council Meeting.
• Budget & Tax highlights - Resort Tax investment and tax reduction in the community (Fishing Pier, Pool, Police & Fire)
• 3 Major Street/Sidewalk Projects next year – provide a vision of the Transportation Plan and why each of the projects are important to the community.
