Meet our Host: 

"Sometime into the Covid-19 Pandemic, we decided to pivot from our successful catering career to an eatery. We began an 8-month-long remodel of our 3,000 sq. ft. 50s-vintage brick & mortar. We did the majority of the work ourselves. Our intent for opening a seasonal restaurant in the unincorporated community of Hungry Horse (en route to Glacier National Park) was specifically to beta-test our growing menu of breads, sauces, meat analogs, desserts and cheeses. We hope to find which specific items would be candidates for manufacturing and wholesaling.

All of our products are uniquely gluten-free, plant-based and 95% organic (with the balance of ingredients being, at minimum, non-GMO).

Our products are crafted on-premises using hybrid techniques. Additionally, we enjoy growing lesser-known varieties of produce with the help of our WWOOFING Team. We source local & regional ingredients from amazing growers. Our philosophy is both health-forward and regenerative. So, together, let’s explore unprecedented, exciting flavor combinations. We’re out to make the vast world of plant-based foods craveable!"
