Joelle Venzera is a REALTOR® with Windermere Great Divide in Whitefish, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Flathead Valley. With more than a decade of real estate experience, Joelle began her career in the Chicago area in 2014, where she built a referral-based business helping clients through first homes, move-up purchases, relocations, and home sales.
After years of visiting Montana while her daughter attended Montana State University, Joelle made the move west herself. She understands firsthand that a move is rarely just about a house—it’s often about a new chapter, a different lifestyle, and finding the place that truly feels like home.
That perspective shapes the way Joelle works with her clients. She believes real estate should be personal, thoughtful, and relationship-driven. She takes the time to listen, understand what is behind a move, and help clients make informed decisions without unnecessary pressure.
