Glacier Peaks is an outpatient physical therapy clinic that specializes in Orthopedics, Post-operative, Pelvic Floor, Pregnancy/postpartum care and Parkinson's Disease. Our doctors of physical therapy provide direct one on one care and create customized plans that fit your lifestyle. We are moving into a new clinic near downtown Columbia Falls in May and also provide in home visits for patients who can't come to our clinic. We will also be hosting yoga, pregnancy/postpartum exercise classes and other events in our new wellness space.
