Glacier Peaks Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic that specializes in Orthopedics, Post-operative, Pelvic Floor, Pregnancy/Postpartum care and Parkinson's Disease. Our doctors of physical therapy provide direct one on one care and create customized plans that fit your lifestyle. We are located in the heart of Columbia Falls at 535 4th Ave W and also provide mobile visits for patients who can't come to our clinic. We host yoga, sound baths, pregnancy/postpartum exercise classes and other events in our new wellness space.
