The Columbia Falls Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome a new Member Services Representative to our team. This part‑time position plays a key role in supporting our mission: to promote local businesses and support our community.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with business owners, and helping create positive, welcoming experiences at Chamber events.

What You’ll Do

• Support membership retention and outreach

• Connect with potential new members

• Assist with Chamber networking events and community programs

• Help coordinate and grow the Ambassador Program

• Attend committee meetings and support Chamber initiatives

• Provide general support to the Executive Director

• Assist with Chamber marketing plan

What You Bring

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A positive, welcoming attitude

• Ability to work independently and manage time well

• Montana driver’s license + insured personal vehicle

• Experience in sales, social media, or Microsoft Office is a plus
